§ 143B‑409.  NorthCarolina State Commission of Indian Affairs – reports.

The Commission shall prepare a written annual report giving an accountof its proceedings, transactions, findings, and recommendations. This reportshall be submitted to the Governor and the legislature. The report will becomea matter of public record and will be maintained in the State HistoricalArchives. It may also be furnished to such other persons or agencies as theCommission may deem proper. (1977, c. 849, s. 1; 1977, 2nd Sess., c. 1189.)
