§ 143B‑426.36. Office of the State Controller; creation.

There is created the Office of the State Controller. This office shallbe located administratively within the Department of Administration but shallexercise all of its prescribed statutory powers independently of the Secretaryof Administration. (1985 (Reg. Sess.,1986), c. 1024, s. 1.)
