§ 143B‑437.  Investigation of impact of proposednew and expanding industry.

The Department of Commerce shall conduct an evaluation in conjunctionwith the Department of Environment and Natural Resources of the effects on theState's natural and economic environment of any new or expanding industry ormanufacturing plant locating in North Carolina.
