§ 143B‑437.61.  Transferto Industrial Development Fund.

At the time the Department ofCommerce remits a check to a business under G.S. 143B‑437.60, theDepartment of Commerce shall transfer to the Utility Account of the IndustrialDevelopment Fund an amount equal to the amount certified by the Committee asthe difference between the amount of the grant and the amount of the grant forwhich the business would be eligible without regard to G.S. 143B‑437.56(d).(2002‑172,s. 2.1(a); 2003‑416, s. 2; 2006‑168, s. 1.10.)
