§ 143B‑454.1. Container shipping.

The State Ports Authority shall provide at the ports of Morehead Cityand Wilmington adequate equipment and facilities including container cranes ateach port as needed, in order to maintain existing and future levels of containerizedcargo shipping at both ports and provide and encourage growth in handling ofcontainerized cargoes at both ports.
