§ 143B‑472.110. Application.

To apply for assistance fromthe Authority under this Part, an applicant and, where applicable, a suretymust submit to the Authority an application on a form prescribed by theAuthority. The application must include any information and documentation theAuthority considers necessary to enable the Authority to evaluate theapplication in accordance with this Part. The Authority may require anapplicant to provide an audited balance sheet unless the Authority determinesthat such a requirement is not necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purposesof this Part.
