§ 143B-472.112. False statements; penalty.

§ 143B‑472.112.  Falsestatements; penalty.

(a)        Documents. – It isunlawful to knowingly make or cause any false statement or report to be made inany application or in any document submitted to the Authority.

(b)        Statements. – It isunlawful to make or cause any false statement or report to be made to theAuthority for the purpose of influencing the action of the Authority on anapplication for assistance or affecting assistance, whether or not assistancehas been previously extended.

(c)        Penalty. – A violationof this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor. (2007‑441, s. 1.)
