§ 143B‑511.  Creation of the Department ofJuvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention.

There is hereby created and constituted a department to be known as the"Department of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention", with theorganization, powers, and duties defined in Article 1 of this Chapter, exceptas modified in this Article. (1998‑202, s. 1(b); 2000‑137, s. 1(b).)
