§ 143C‑1‑4. Interest earnings credited to the General Fund; interest earnings on HighwayFund and Highway Trust Fund credited to those funds.

(a)        Interest EarningsCredited to the General Fund. – Unless otherwise provided by law, interestearned on all funds shall be credited to the General Fund.

(b)        Exception forInterest Earnings on Highway Fund and Highway Trust Fund. – Interest earned bythe Highway Fund and the Highway Trust Fund shall be credited to the HighwayFund and the Highway Trust Fund respectively. (2006‑203, s. 3.)
