§ 143C‑7‑2. Federal Block Grants.

(a)        Plans Submitted andReviewed. – The Secretary of each State agency that receives and administersfederal Block Grant funds shall prepare and submit the agency's Block Grantplans to the Director of the Budget. The Director of the Budget shall submitthe Block Grant plans to the Fiscal Research Division of the General Assemblynot later than February 28 of each odd‑numbered calendar year and notlater than April 30 of each even‑numbered calendar year.

(b)        Information To BeIncluded in Plans. – Each State agency shall submit a separate Block Grant planfor each Block Grant received and administered by the agency, and each planshall include all of the following:

(1)        A delineation of theproposed dollar amount by activity and by category, including dollar amounts tobe used for administrative costs.

(2)        A comparison of theproposed funding with two prior years' program budgets. (2006‑203, s. 3.)
