§146‑19.  Fishing license fees for nonresidents of counties in which Statelakes are situated.

The Wildlife ResourcesCommission, through its authorized agent or agents, is hereby authorized torequire of nonresidents of the county within which a State lake is situated adaily or weekly permit in lieu of the regular "resident Statelicense" for fishing with hook and line or rod and reel within said lakein accordance with the regulations of the Commission relating to said lake.Except for the provisions of this section, the laws and regulations dealingwith  the issuance of fishing permits by said Commission must be complied with.(1933, c. 516, s. 4; G.S., s. 146‑11; 1959, c. 683, s. 1.)
