§146‑34. Agencies may establish agreed boundaries.
Every State agency mayestablish agreed boundaries between lands allocated to it or under its control,and the lands of any other owner, subject to the approval of the Governor andCouncil of State. The Department of Administration is authorized to establishagreed boundaries between State lands not allocated to or under the control ofany other State agency and the lands of any other owner, subject to theapproval of the Governor and Council of State. The Attorney General shallrepresent the State in all proceedings to establish boundaries which cannot beestablished by agreement. (1957, c. 584, s. 3; G.S., s. 143‑145.2; 1959,c. 683, s. 1.)
