§147‑23. Conditional pardons may be granted.
In any case in which theGovernor is authorized by the Constitution to grant a pardon he may, upon thepetition of the prisoner, grant it, subject to such conditions, restrictions,and limitations as he considers proper and necessary, and he may issue hiswarrant to all proper officers to carry such pardon into effect in such manneras he thinks proper.
