§ 147‑33.100. Certification that information technology bid submitted without collusion.

The Office shall requirebidders to certify that each bid on information technology contracts overseenby the Office is submitted competitively and without collusion. Falsecertification is a Class I felony. (1999‑434, s. 10; 2000‑174,s. 2.)
