§147‑41.  To keep records of oyster grants.

The Secretary of State shallkeep books of records in which shall be recorded a full description of allgrounds granted for oyster beds under the provisions of Chapter 119 of the Lawsof 1887, and laws amendatory thereof, and shall keep a map or maps showing theposition and limits of all public and private grounds.
