§147‑51.  Clerks of superior courts responsible for Appellate DivisionReports; lending prohibited.

From and after March 9, 1927,the clerks of the superior courts of the State of North Carolina are heldofficially responsible for the volumes of the North Carolina Appellate DivisionReports furnished and to be furnished them by the State.

The said clerks of the variouscourts shall not lend or permit to be taken from their custody the saidReports, nor shall any person with or without the permission of the said clerkstake them from their possession. (1927, c. 259; 1969, c. 1190,s. 55.)
