§147‑78.  Treasurer to select depositories.

The State Treasurer is herebyauthorized and empowered to select and designate, wherever necessary, in thisState some bank or banks, savings and loan association or associations, ortrust company as an official depository of the State. (1925,c. 128, s. 2; 1979, c. 637, s. 4; 1983, c. 158, s. 5.)
