§147‑86.  Additional clerical assistance authorized; compensation andduties.

The State Treasurer, by andwith the consent and advice of the Governor and Council of State, is authorizedto employ an additional clerk in the Treasury Department, whose compensationand duties shall be fixed by the State Treasurer, by and with the consent andadvice of the Governor and Council of State. The compensation of suchadditional clerk as may be employed pursuant to this section shall be paid asother officers and clerks are paid. (1923, c. 172; C.S., s. 7693(a).)
