§ 147‑86.15.  Cashmanagement of the Highway Fund and the Highway Trust Fund.

The State Treasurer maycombine the balances of the Highway Fund and the Highway Trust Fund for cashmanagement purposes. The State Treasurer may make short‑term loansbetween the Funds to accomplish the purposes of this section. (2001‑424, s.27.23(b).)
