§147‑86.34.  Advisory Council.

The Commission shall create anAdvisory Council to advise it with regard to issues as requested by theCommission. The Advisory Council shall include the Secretary of the Departmentof Health and Human Services, the State Health Director, the Dean of the Schoolof Public Health of the University of North Carolina, and others the Commissionconsiders necessary.
