§ 148-32.2. Community work crew fee. - North Carolina Statutes

§ 148‑32.2.  Communitywork crew fee.

The Department of Correctionmay charge a fee to any unit of local government to which it provides, uponrequest, a community work crew. The amount of the fee shall be no more than thecost to the Department to provide the crew to the unit of local government, notto exceed a daily rate of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per work crew.  (2009‑451, s. 19.24.)
