§148‑56.  Assistance in supervision of parolees or post‑releasesupervisees and preparation of case histories.

Upon request by the Post‑ReleaseSupervision and Parole Commission, the county directors of social servicesshall assist in the supervision of parolees and shall prepare and submit to thePost‑Release Supervision and Parole Commission case histories or otherinformation in connection with any case under consideration for parole or someform of executive clemency.
