§148‑64.  Cooperation of prison and parole officials and employees.

The officials and employees ofthe Department of Correction and the Post‑Release Supervision and ParoleCommission shall at all times cooperate with and furnish each other suchinformation and assistance as will promote the purposes of this Chapter and thepurposes for which these agencies were established.  The Commission shall havefree access to all prisoners.
