§ 150B‑21.13. Procedure when Commission extends period for review of permanent rule.

When the Commission extends the period for review of a permanent rule,it must notify the agency that adopted the rule of the extension and the reasonfor the extension.  After the Commission extends the period for review of arule, it may call a public hearing on the rule.  Within 70 days after extendingthe period for review of a rule, the Commission must decide whether to approvethe rule, object to the rule, or call a public hearing on the rule.
