§ 150B‑21.23.  Rulepublication manual.

The Codifier of Rules must publish a manual that sets out the form andmethod for publishing a notice of rule‑making proceedings and a notice oftext in the North Carolina Register and for filing a rule in the North CarolinaAdministrative Code.
