§ 153A‑210.5.  (ExpiresJuly 1, 2013) Payment of assessments by installments.

An assessment imposed underthis Article is payable in annual installments. The board of commissioners mustset the number of annual installments, which may not be more than 30. Theinstallments are due on the date that property taxes are due.  (2008‑165, s. 2.)
