§ 153A‑229. Jailers' report of jailed defendants.

The person having administrative control of a local confinementfacility must furnish to the clerk of superior court a report listing suchinformation reasonably at his disposal as is necessary to enable said clerk ofsuperior court to comply with the provisions of G.S. 7A‑109.1. (1973, c. 1286, s. 23; 1981, c. 522.)
