§ 153A‑333.  Effectof plat approval on dedications.

The approval of a plat does not constitute or effect the acceptance bythe county or the public of the dedication of any street or other ground,public utility line, or other public facility shown on the plat and shall notbe construed to do so. (1959, c. 1007; 1973, c. 822, s. 1.)
