§ 153A‑349.13.  Relationship of agreement tobuilding or housing code.

A development agreement adopted pursuant to this Chapter shall notexempt the property owner or developer from compliance with the State BuildingCode or State or local housing codes that are not part of the localgovernment's planning, zoning, or subdivision regulations. (2005‑426, s. 9(b).)
