§ 153A‑432. Advances.

Any member or other units of local government may make advances fromany monies that may be available for such purpose, in connection with thecreation of an authority and to provide for the preliminary expenses of anauthority.  Any such advances may be repaid to such member or other units oflocal government from the proceeds of the revenue bonds or anticipation notesissued by such authority or from funds otherwise available to the authority.
