§ 153A-446. County may offer reward for information as to persons damaging county property.

§ 153A‑446.  Countymay offer reward for information as to persons damaging county property.

The board of county commissioners is authorized to offer and payrewards in an amount not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) forinformation leading to the arrest and conviction of any person who willfullydefaces, damages or destroys, or commits acts of vandalism or larceny of anycounty property. The amount necessary to pay said rewards shall be an item inthe current expense budget of the county. (1975, c. 258.)
