§ 156-100.1. Sale of assessment anticipation notes. - North Carolina Statutes

§ 156‑100.1.  Saleof assessment anticipation notes.

Should assessment anticipation notes be issued by a drainage districtunder the provisions of G.S. 156‑97.1, the board of drainagecommissioners may accept any private bid for said assessment anticipation notesat not less than their par value, with accrued interest thereon without thenecessity of advertising the sale hereof as is provided for in the sale ofbonds under the provisions of G.S. 156‑100.
