§ 156‑136. Removalof officers.
Any engineer, viewer, superintendent of construction or other personappointed under this Chapter may be removed by the court, upon petition, forcorruption, negligence of duties, or other good and satisfactory cause shown. (1909, c. 442, s. 38; C.S., s. 5380.)
