§ 156‑18.  Cost ofrepairs enforced by judgment.

Whenever any such ditch, canal, or embankment shall need repairs orcleaning out, and any of the parties interested therein refuse to perform thelabor apportioned to them, or refuse to contribute the amount assessed againstthem, the same shall be enforced in the manner hereinbefore provided for thejoint repair of canals and ditches.
