§ 156‑53.  Paymentof bonds enforced.

Upon default of the payment of the interest or principal of such bonds,the holders of the bonds of the corporations organized under this Subchaptershall have a right to enforce the lien created by G.S. 156‑52 by civilactions in the superior courts of the State. (1908, c. 75, s. 2; C.S., s. 5311.)
