§ 156‑68.  Completesurvey ordered.

After the district is established the court shall refer the report ofthe engineer and viewers back to them to make a complete survey, plans, andspecifications for the drains or levees or other improvements, and fix a timewhen the engineer and viewers shall complete and file their report, notexceeding 60 days.
