§ 157‑32.3.  Othervalidation of bonds and notes.

All proceedings, acts and things heretofore undertaken or done in orfor the authorization, issuance, execution and delivery of notes and bonds byhousing authorities for the purpose of financing or aiding in the developmentor construction of a housing project or projects, and all notes and bondsheretofore issued by housing authorities are hereby validated and declaredlegal in all respects.
