§ 157‑39.  Housingapplications by farmers.

The owner of any farm operated, or worked upon, by farmers of lowincome in need of safe and sanitary housing may file an application with ahousing authority of a county or a regional housing authority requesting thatit provide for a safe and sanitary dwelling or dwellings for occupancy by suchfarmers of low income. Such applications shall be received and examined byhousing authorities in connection with the formulation of projects or programsto provide housing for farmers of low income. (1941, c. 78, s. 4.)
