§ 158‑24.  Countiesto which Article applies.

The provisions of this Article shall apply only to the followingcounties: Alexander, Burke, Caswell, Chowan, Edgecombe, Franklin, Harnett,Haywood, Hertford, Mitchell, Northampton, Onslow, Pasquotank, Perquimans,Person, Polk, Rockingham, Rutherford, Tyrrell, Vance and Warren.
