§ 159‑130. Recordof issues kept.
The secretary shall make a record of all bonds and notes issued underthis Subchapter, showing the name of the issuing unit, the amount, date, thetime fixed for payment of principal and interest, the rate of interest, theplace at which the principal and interest will be payable, the denominations,the purpose of issuance, the name of the board in which is vested the authorityand power to levy taxes or raise other revenues for the payment of theprincipal and interest thereof, and a reference to the law under which thebonds or notes were issued. The clerk of the issuing unit shall file with thesecretary copies of all proceedings of the board in authorizing the bonds ornotes, his certificate that they are correctly recorded in a bound book of theminutes and proceedings of the board, and a notation of the pages or otheridentification of the exact portion of the book in which the records appear.
