§ 159B-19. Remedies.

§ 159B‑19. Remedies.

Any holder of bonds issued under the provisions of this Chapter or anyof the coupons appertaining thereto, and the trustee under any trustagreements, except to the extent the rights herein given may be restricted bysuch trust agreement or the resolution authorizing the issuance of such bonds,may, either at law or in equity, by suit, action, mandamus or other proceeding,protect and enforce any and all rights under the laws of the State or grantedhereunder, or, to the extent permitted by law, under such trust agreement orresolution authorizing the issuance of such bonds or under any agreement orother contract executed by the municipality or joint agency pursuant to thisChapter, and may enforce and compel the performance of all duties required bythis Chapter or by such trust agreement or resolution to be performed by anyjoint agency or municipality or by any officer thereof, including the fixing,charging and collecting of rents, rates, fees and charges.
