§ 159B‑20.  Statusof bonds under Uniform Commercial Code.

Whether or not the bonds and interest coupons appertaining thereto areof such form and character as to be investment securities under Article 8 ofthe Uniform Commercial Code as enacted in this State, all bonds and interestcoupons appertaining thereto issued under this Chapter are hereby madeinvestment securities within the meaning of and for all the purposes of Article8 of the Uniform Commercial Code as enacted in this State, subject only to theprovisions of the bonds pertaining to registration.
