§ 159B‑7. Licenses, permits, certificates and approvals.

Municipalities proposing to jointly plan, finance, develop, own andoperate a project are hereby authorized, either jointly or separately, to applyto the appropriate agencies of the State, the United States, or any statethereof, and to any other proper agency for such licenses, permits,certificates or approvals as may be necessary, and to construct, maintain andoperate projects in accordance with such licenses, permits, certificates orapprovals and  to obtain, hold and use such licenses, permits, certificates andapprovals in the same manner as any other operating unit of any other person.
