§ 159C‑18.  Bondseligible for investment.

Bonds issued by an authority under the provisions of this Chapter arehereby made securities in which all public officers and agencies of the Stateand all political subdivisions, all insurance companies, trust companies,banking associations, investment companies, executors, administrators, trusteesand other fiduciaries may properly and legally invest funds, including capitalin their control or belonging to them.
