§ 159C‑22.  Annualreports; application of Article 3, Subchapter III of Chapter 159.

Each authority shall, promptly following the close of each calendaryear, submit an annual report of its activities for the preceding year to thegoverning body of the county for which the authority was created. Each suchreport shall set forth a complete operating and financial statement coveringthe operations of the authority during such year.

The provisions of Article 3, Subchapter III of Chapter 159 of theGeneral Statutes of North Carolina entitled: "The Local Government Budgetand Fiscal Control Act" shall have no application to authorities createdpursuant to this Chapter. (1975, c. 800, s. 1; 1977, c. 719, s. 8.)
