§ 159C‑24. Additional method.

The foregoing sections of this Chapter shall be deemed to provide anadditional and alternative method for the doing of the things authorizedthereby and shall be regarded as supplemental and additional to powersconferred by other laws, and shall not be regarded as in derogation of anypowers now existing; provided, however, that the issuance of bonds or refundingbonds under the provisions of this Chapter need not comply with therequirements of any other law applicable to the issuance of bonds.
