§ 159D‑56. Conflict of interest.

If any member, officer or employee of the agency is interested eitherdirectly or indirectly, or is an officer or employee of or has an ownershipinterest in any firm or corporation interested directly or indirectly, in anycontract with the agency, this interest shall be disclosed to the agency andshall be set forth in the minutes of the agency, and the member, officer oremployee having an interest in a contract shall not participate on behalf ofthe agency in the authorization of the contract.
