§ 159G‑30.  Department's responsibility.

The Department, through the Division of Water Quality and the Divisionof Environmental Health, administers loans and grants made from the CWSRF, theDWSRF, the Wastewater Reserve, and the Drinking Water Reserve. The Division ofWater Quality administers loans and grants from the CWSRF and the WastewaterReserve. The Division of Environmental Health administers loans and grants fromthe DWSRF and the Drinking Water Reserve. (2005‑454, s. 3.)
