§ 159G‑37.  Application to CWSRF, WastewaterReserve, DWSRF, and Drinking Water Reserve.

An application for a loan or grant from the CWSRF or the WastewaterReserve must be filed with the Division of Water Quality of the Department. Anapplication for a loan or grant from the DWSRF or the Drinking Water Reservemust be filed with the Division of Environmental Health of the Department. Anapplication must be submitted on a form prescribed by the Division and mustcontain the information required by the Division. An applicant must submit tothe Division any additional information requested by the Division to enable theDivision to make a determination on the application. An application that doesnot contain information required on the application or requested by theDivision is incomplete and is not eligible for consideration. An applicant maysubmit an application in as many categories as it is eligible for considerationunder this Article. (2005‑454, s. 3.)
