§ 159I‑28.  Rules.

(a)        The Office of StateBudget and Management and the Commission for Public Health may adopt, modifyand repeal rules establishing the procedures to be followed in theadministration of this Chapter and regulations interpreting and applying theprovisions of this Chapter, as provided in the Administrative Procedure Act.Uniform rules may be jointly adopted where feasible and desirable, and no rulejointly adopted may be modified or revoked except upon the concurrence of bothagencies involved.

(b)        A copy of the rulesadopted to implement the provisions of this Chapter shall be furnished free ofcharge by the Division and the Office of State Budget and Management to anyunit of local government.
